Spam from same domain
I have a company email, for example: info@abc.com
and I continually receive emails from info@abc.com, that is, from the same email address
When checking the header, it is obviously from an IP other than our server, in short, it is a fake email
Does Exim offer any configuration options to avoid receiving emails sent from a fake IP address? Is there any reverse validation resolution?

Hey there! This is a classic issue with email, and unfortunately there is no way to permanently fix it. There's some more details here:
