Treat MX record as Local in Email Routing

Hello.

I have an mail filtering gateway (proxmox mail gateway) that routes incoming email to the server. All works good except for email_routing, when it's set to automatic it sets it as remote rejecting all incoming email.

 

How can I add an MX record, mx.site.tld so that it thinks it's a local MX?

  Hey there!  Can you set the value in cPanel >> Email Routing to "Local" to see if that takes care of this? Or do you also need locally-sent messages to go to that gateway as well?
