WPTOOLKIT Sites Gone
Ciao!
I know that there is an existing thread regarding this, however the hotfix provided is for dnf.
What is the equivalent for Ubuntu22.04.5 LTS? (GCP Instance)
BR,
Thanks in advance, Ari

Hey there! At this point you should be able to just update cPanel and things will get fixed as part of that process.

Did a force reinstall too, no luck :(

A force reinstall may actually not take care of the issue. Did you try a standard "/scripts/upcp" on the machine?
-3 -
Yeah i did try, but no success. Thanks for trying to help though.

Interesting - are you able to create a ticket so we can check this out?
-3 -
Yes it's already ongoing

I have the same issue :(
Happened after an update... all wp installations are gone and scanning them shows nothing...
AlmaLinux v9.6.0 kvm
cPanel Version 128.0.140 -
What happens if you run
/scripts/autorepair fix_addon_features
does that repair the issue?
-3 -
I just tried it, it says
"Requesting script ... info [autorepair] Successfully verified signature for cpanel (key types: release).
Done
Auto Repair is running...Could not find any of the affected_versions: 11.110.0.65, 11.126.0.21, 11.128.0.11, 11.129.9999.68 in update_analysis log. Exiting...
...Auto Repair is done."0 -
It sounds like you'll need to open a ticket so this can be investigated, as the update to 128.0.14 should have automatically resolved the issue.

Please help me, there must be something else I can try?

I actually don't have any recommendations for this one, as we haven't had many users continue to have issues after the recent update. A ticket would be the best method to get this resolved.

I spoke with the developers and was able to get more information about how the fix works, and I hav ea possible solution for you.
The "fix_addon_features" autorepair script attempts to restore the previous state of /usr/local/cpanel/whostmgr/addonfeatures using data in /usr/local/cpanel/logs/update_analysis. However, on your particular server it can't find valid data to restore from.
You should be able to resolve this issue by reinstalling WP Toolkit with the following command:
apt-get install --reinstall wp-toolkit-cpanel
If this doesn't work we'd still need to see that ticket for additional troubleshooting.

Hello cPRex,
Yes this worked, thank you so much!
Although the command is *(if you have Almalinux...):
dnf reinstall wp-toolkit-cpanel0 -
Glad to hear it - I thought you were on Ubuntu so I included that version of the command.
