FATAL: Failed to download updatenow.static from server: unimplemented for this distro
Running 11.110.0.62 on CloudLinux 7.9 Standard. Found this blocking error that breaks the upgrade to 110.0.65 in upcp this morning:
***** FATAL: Failed to download updatenow.static from server: unimplemented for this distro at /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/updatenow.static-cpanelsync line 19629.
Something seems to be funky upstream. It would be premature to end support for CloudLinux 7.9 at this late date given that CloudLinux is still giving LTS for it. Please restore whatever was removed or otherwise address the error.
Thanks.

Hey there! Depending what time you received this error it may have been intentional as we had updates disabled for the WP Toolkit issues mentioned here:
https://support.cpanel.net/hc/en-us/community/posts/32729320158103
If you manually try running "/scripts/upcp" again right now do you see the same issue?

Sorry for the delayed reply… I was busy with a software release on another project.
Another day and another automated upcp later, yes, we see the exact same error with the support for CentOS 7.9-based CloudLinux seemingly having been removed. The server does not appear to be able to update to 11.110.68 because of it. Complete output for the relevant logging as follows:

The server updated to 11.110.0.68 overnight.

It seems like this was a temporary issue then - I'm glad it's working well now!
