Multiple Junk Box's
Hi, i have read several old topics about spam folder vrs junk folder in roundcube. However i have a different issue. I still have two folders but they both say "junk" . When i use the cpanel username to check roundcube (so i can check all domain emails at once) i see two junk folders but the html different. Should the spam version be called "spam" in the html anchor tag? If so i dont know how to change that other than moding the hard files and i dont want to do that.
Here is the code i see in console view (cpsess has been changed for security)
<a href="/cpsess55526387/3rdparty/roundcube/?_task=mail&_mbox=INBOX.spam" onclick="return rcmail.command('list','INBOX.spam',this,event)" rel="INBOX.spam">Junk</a>
<a href="/cpsess55526387/3rdparty/roundcube/?_task=mail&_mbox=INBOX.Junk" onclick="return rcmail.command('list','INBOX.Junk',this,event)" rel="INBOX.Junk">Junk</a>
Thanks :)
cpanel version 128.0.14

Hey there! Any chance you could include a screenshot of where you're seeing this? I'm only seeing the one "junk" on my personal account, so I'm wondering if there is a custom directory that you are subscribed too:

Thanks for that - that's exactly what I needed to see.
It would seem the "junk" directory where there is a picture of a file folder is a custom-created directory as the one with the fireball is the default.

So your thinking that at some point i may have created the junk directory, and so if it is empty i should be able to delete it, sound correct?
If it is needed then i should get a error message somewhere im thinking, and i can put it back.

Yes, if the folder version is empty, you would be able to delete that.
You could likely do a search in /home/username/mail to find exactly where it is, but only the one with the fireball logo is a default.

Cant find it anywhere, does not seem to be causing any issues so ill just leave it alone. Too bad i cant delete the folder directly from roundcube... I did look in the mail dir in cpanel and also with whm and found nothing all alone like that. Thanks for clearing up the mystery. :)
