WHM RefreshDriver tick - Update the rendering Paint delay

noticed in firefox on linux that when loading pages in whm interface there is a 1-4 second delay before the page loads.  Found in Performance Monitor that the first stage in the call tree is this RefreshDriver tick which is taking up 90% of the load time.  

Wondering if anyone else is experiencing this and/or has a solution to speed up the load time for pages in the WHM interface.

  Hey hey!  I saw you posted this in Discord as well, but no, I'm not aware of any issues causing this on the cPanel side.

  Yeah, trying both angles.  Some of the guys there basically said that the only solution is a cpu upgrade... :(  I'm thinking that is probably going to be the case unfortunately.
