Terminating account doesn't remove crons

I'm noticing that when an account is terminated, it's crons are not removed. Is this intentional?  I don't think they are actually running (if they are, I'm not getting any emails from them).  But the /var/spool/cron/$username file remains with it's contents.  Then, if setting up an account with the same username as before, it has all the previous crons listed.

  Hey there!  This is a known issue that our team is working on in case CPANEL-41643 so I'm hoping that gets resolved soon!
