Thank You cPanel Staff

Every year in the past, i tended to pull my hair out a bit when SSL cert renewal time comes because its been so long since the last time that i forgot the steps or there are new steps.   I was really dreading it this year as i knew at least the first one would be miserable, then just rinse and repeat after that for the rest.   It was an issue with the private key or the ca-bundle would not work or something (it was always the operator "me" and not cpanel) that was the issue.  My retention is getting worse as i get older.  

Anyway i was pleasently surprised that this year things went very well, no stress at all.  I followed logical steps (the way i would do it) and everything was where i would put it and everything went without a hitch.  I finished all of them inside an hour which was amazing to me.  

I assume the developers changed some things to be more user friendly, they had to of done so because its not me being smarter LOL...   :)  

So with that i wanted to reach out and thank the whole cPanel staff for what they do, the changes they made, and the great effort and "user thinking" approach to development, and of course the great assistance.
