S3 Backup - only system files being transferred

Have had S3 backups set up for a week and only system files are being transferred.

When I examine the logs, after the system transfers, I get this, which is pretty much a repeat of the same lines 22 times, which is the amount of user accounts that should be backed up.

Any advice would be appreciated!

    Hey there!  Is there anything in the most recent main log at /usr/local/cpanel/logs/cpbackup/####.log that could give us helpful details for this?

    This is what I'm seeing (obviously a lot there but this is catching my eye), it's on all of the accounts:

    Thinking what this is meaning is that because I have had local incremental backups running for a while, it's not being sent to S3 because it's essentially meaningless without the prior backups.  Is this correct?

    If so, I think we're over the week but will this resolve itself at some point or do I need to restart the backups completely and start them together?

    I actually don't have that specific message in my system at all, so I'm not sure.  Could you create a ticket so this could be investigated deeper?
