Access denied for user 'Cpanel::MysqlUtils::Unprivileged'@'localhost'

So I've resolved the logrotate issue and my MariaDB error logs are now correctly created using 644 permissions. So I'm looking at my logs in my web platform and I see a very noticable number of instances of the following:

[Warning] Access denied for user 'Cpanel::MysqlUtils::Unprivileged'@'localhost' (using password: NO)

How do I stop whatever is causing this?

  Hey there!  I'm not sure there's much to add to the article - this is just cPanel performing a MySQL connection check as part of our service monitoring and can be ignored when troubleshooting other things.
