Certificate is Not Secure Problem Blocking Outlook Emails
I can log into my webmail with no problem.
On my browser it reads, "Certificate is Not Secure".
When I click on the tab, the expiration date is next year si it should not read "Not Secure"
Microsoft says this is the main reason why my email is being blocked in Microsoft Outlook.
I cannot send or receive emails in Outlook.
I don't know how to fix this problem.

Hey there! In general, cPanel issues free certificates for all domains through the AutoSSL system - https://docs.cpanel.net/whm/ssl-tls/manage-autossl/
However, this is something that can be disabled by your hosting provider if you don't have root access to the server. Do you have the "SSL/TLS Status" inside your cPanel account interface? From there you would be able to click the "Run AutoSSL" button and that would give you additional details if there is trouble issuing a valid certificate.
If you only have access to your individual cPanel account you'll want to speak with your hosting provider so they can check the issue for you.
