not able to add domain and remove domain, process taking too much time, also

We are experiencing serious performance issues with WHM/cPanel on our server. The specific problems are as follows:

1. Domain Management Issue: We are unable to add or remove domains in cPanel. The process takes too long and does not complete. (Screenshots: https://prnt.sc/KXIVZEPnWwcA and https://prnt.sc/rvU5D1aMk-Mw )
2. cPanel Account Creation Delay: Creating a cPanel account from WHM takes an unusually long time, and the process continues running indefinitely.
3. WHM Process Slowness: WHM itself is functioning, but all major processes (such as creating a cPanel account) are running extremely slowly.

how can i fix please provide solution

  One reason might be this:
  "It can take a moment to create a new domain. This occurs on accounts with a large number of domains."

  How many domains do you have in that account?

  im facing this issue on our all cpanel account,

  we have noticed that adding accounts to our servers randomly can take up to 15 minutes.

  when i try to add subdomain showing this error - 

  Error: adminbin Cpanel/park/ADD: SIGALRM (#14)

  I see you posted another thread on this, and I still believe that checking the main cPanel log at /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log is always the best place to start.
