Hey there!  Usually when this happens there are already "leapp" packages on the server from a previous check that can be removed, and then new ones are able to be downloaded properly.  Can you run this command on the server to identify those packages?

    rpm -qa | grep leapp

You can then remove those from the server and perform the ELevate "--check" run again.

Let me know if that helps!

For your specific situation you'd run this command to remove those packages.  I think this is correct, but there's a lot of version numbers in there, so you may need to adjust the formatting if you get an error:

    rpm -e --nodeps leapp-upgrade-el8toel9-0.21.0-2 python3-leapp-0.18.0-1 leapp-data-almalinux-0.9-5 leapp-upgrade-el8toel9-deps-0.22.0-3 leapp-0.18.0-1 leapp-deps leapp-repository-deps

It would be best to submit a ticket at this point since the system has several unexpected package conflicts.  I'd hate to recommend something that could cause unexpected damage to the machine.
