Hetzner Firewall Robot - No Hardware Firewall Supported.

Hey  everyone,

I am using hetzner dedicated auction server currently, as I have seen they do support only 10-10 in bound and outbound firewall rule support.(which have no meaning because in whm/cpanel server we basically need so many.

 

So currently I have disabled the hetzner firewall and completely depended on csf.
Is this right practice or not?
is this good for security?

Is there any way to implement hardware level firewall too at hetzner auction dedicated server?

I am scared that If I get DDOS attack at certain time then csf won't be able to handle it.

  Hey there!  I generally agree that a CSF would not usually handle a larger DDoS, but this would be a better question for Hetzner directly since they would be able to tell you what options are available for your specific plan.
