SiteJet Builder Slow
Has anyone had issues with the SiteJet Builder being incredibly slow through cPanel to publish? Can take approx an hour sometimes.

Hey there! No, the interface shouldn't be that slow to process so it sounds like something else is going on with this particular system. If you have root access to the machine, do you see anything in the cPanel logs (/usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log) while the publishing takes place? If you only have access to your cPanel account you'll need to speak with your host.

Nothing in the cPanel logs no I have checked, has been ongoing for a while so unsure on the cause, initially it was fine

The best thing to do would be to create a ticket as this is not a common issue, so I don't have much reference to work with related to this particular slowness.

Thanks I have bought my cPanel License through my provider so not able to open a ticket directly and they are unsure of what would cause such an issue as well sadly.

If it's something that is can be replicated on your machine they should escalate the ticket to us so we can check it out.
