Email Archive Stopped Displaying New Messages Since 16/08
Hello,
I’m having an issue with the cPanel email archive featurem, Up until 16 Aug, everything was working fine, but since then, no new emails are showing up in the archive view for 16 or 17 folders.
However, when I check Track Delivery, I can see that the messages are still being archived successfully, so emails are not being lost.

Hey there! I would expect the Exim log (/var/log/exim_mainlog) to show data about the archiving process. The log entry would look something like this:
2025-08-18 10:19:51 1uo0iG-0000000FmBW-1Ne8 => cptest <cptest@domain.com> R=archive_incoming_email_domain_method T=archiver_incoming_domain_method
Do you see an entry like that in the log for the account that is supposed to be archived?

Yes I can see the logs there without any problem

Thanks for confirming that. So the mails exist, they show up, they are processed by Exim, they appear to get archived, but they just aren't showing up in the Archive mailbox?
If that's the case you may need to create a ticket so this can be investigated directly on the system.
