Add the process name in the need-to-restart-to-update security email

Hi,

(I also just posted it at the feature requests website, https://features.cpanel.net/)

cPanel sends from time to time an email with a subject line of "New Security Advisor notifications with High importance" and a body text like:
"
Detected 2 processes that are running outdated executables: 2970214 2970473 You must take one of the following actions to ensure the system is up-to-date:
• Restart the listed processes.
• Reboot the server
"

Letting us know only the process numeric ID is not helpful as this number can be gone or changed until we will reach the server to handle this.

It will be much more helpful if you will mention also the process name and even its full image storage path.

This will help us to spot the process by name and generally direct us to the general feature that the process belongs to, to possibly verify it is currently up-to-date.
