Ubuntu 22.04 - EasyApache 4 fails to update

I needed to add an Apache module through EasyApache4. I enabled the module but when I came to review the packages, EasyApache4 provides:


We have 2 servers, the backup is fine, this is happening on the live server. I have had a look through the topics and see a lot asking for yum clean all to by run. We're not running yum, so I tried an apt-get clean and received:

Unable to lock directory /var/cache/apt/archives/

Given that breaking the lock could cause issues, how best to proceed to get EasyApache4 working?
