Inaccessible Software

I am a blind user, and use a screen reader to access software and web sites. Over the years cPanel software has become more difficult for me to use! I tried putting in a support ticket yesterday and was not successful. If you are giving any attention to accessibility it isn't obvious! Is there another way I can put in a ticket, or will you fix it?

  Hey there!  When you say the support ticket submission was not successful, could you let me know the error message you received?  That would be helpful to know the cause of the failure and then I can get you better information.
