  Hey there!  Can you provide a bit more information on the problems you're having?  The cPanel >> Backup or cPanel >> Backup Wizard tools should work well to create a backup of the site.  cPanel >> Domains would let you create a new domain on the account as well.

  Are either of those not working how you expect?
