nginx reverse proxy installing automatically

since Friday the nginx reverse proxy is installing itself automatically

I've tried to remove it from both easyapache and nginx manager but it always comes back the day after

I'm running cpanel 130.0.7 on ubuntu 22.04.4

  having the same problem, until now i have not found any solution... Maybe an official WHM rep can check and help...
