Hey there! There likely isn't much you can do to resolve this on the cPanel side of things. This message seems to be blocked by either Gmail or that spam filtering tool mentioned in the URL. If you check that link it will confirm that the message is being marked as spam.
I would make sure that all the options available in cPanel are properly configured here:
