install mailscanner

Hello,

now that configserver mailscanner front-end is no more to download/install. 
can someone explain how to install it manually ? maybe with mailwatch or something similar ?

  Hey there!  While cPanel never provided support for this tool, the download links have been removed removed so the software is no longer available from ConfigServer.  If there are other options out there to install this, I'm not aware of them.
