Lost account
Is there a way I can identify who deleted or what happened for the account directory to disappear? We have lost a domain account along with all its contents, and I can’t find the directory even in our backups. I want to know if someone deleted the entire account directory or configuration error.

Hey there! I'm sorry to hear that! If the files were deleted from FTP you may be able to see a connection inside the /var/log/messages log file, or possibly in the cPanel access log at /usr/local/cpanel/logs/access_log if they used the File Manager tool. Those would be the best options I have to check for a deleted file.
If the files were deleted from a script that wouldn't be logged anywhere.
