Urgent Support Request – Restoration of Domain & Webmail
Dear cPanel Support Team,
I am writing as Head of IT, LAPO Micro Finance Company (SL) Ltd, to request urgent assistance in restoring our domain and webmail services.
Our domain (linked to our website and webmail) has been suspended, and both our website and email services are currently inaccessible. This domain has been managed through an external vendor, Openspace. Unfortunately, the vendor and their representative (based in Freetown, Sierra Leone), can no longer be reached despite repeated attempts.
Given that the domain subscription remains valid until February 2026, our institution cannot remain hostage to the unavailability of a third-party vendor. We are therefore requesting direct technical support from cPanel to help us restore access to our website.
Our internal assessment suggests the suspension may be due to either a billing issue or a violation flag, but payment for the domain is up to date. We are willing to comply with all requirements to resolve this quickly and reinstate services.
Attached to this email are:

We kindly request your urgent intervention so that our institution can resume normal operations.
Thank you for your support.
Best regards,
Collins

Hey there! I'm sorry to hear about this situation. While we do create the cPanel software, we don't provide the hosting services or have a way to contact your hosting provider about the issues with the website. Unfortunately for these situations there isn't anything we can do on our side so I would encourage you to continue to try and contact the hosting provider about the issue.

If it helps, it looks like Openspace.sl may have been reselling the package from Enix Ltd ( enixltd.com ) who might be able to help you (they may not be able to for a vast variety of reasons: from technical to legal). I've checked the web archive for Openspace's website and it looks like for all of this year it was returning a "403" error and in December last year their contact page just had an email address at the domain (no postal or legal physical address given), it gives me the impression that have closed down/abandoned things and consequently left you in limbo.
Your domain name appears to be registered through sav.com : if you contact them, they should be able to assist you in pointing your name servers at a new web host: but you will probably need to setup your email/website again from scratch.
