    After that /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/restartsrv_cpsrvd it works again

    Hey there!  This is a known issue that we're tracking through case CPANEL-49310.  You can run 

    /usr/local/cpanel/scripts/check_cpanel_pkgs --fix

    to resolve the issue, and that would have essentially ran what you did manually to resolve things.

    When I hear updates on this I'll be sure to post!

    Is this fixed now?  If I update to 130.0.14 will I have to Repair the Perl JSON::XS mismatch and do a "/usr/local/cpanel/scripts/check_cpanel_pkgs --fix" still?

    Scott Galambos - EasyApache changes are not tied to any particular cPanel version.  If your system has normal updates enabled for the system (as in "yum update" runs at some point) then you already have the updated package on your machine.
