Webmail & CPAL Login not working Hence Institutional Website Affected.
Need an urgent support from support.cpanel.net any reach out hosting org, that <redacted> domain is connected. reseller managing our service/cpanel platform is inaccessible. our website has been suspended around 5days time and webmail down also. LAPOSL need support to transfer ownership and pay any hosting cost outstanding to re-gain access. pls assist.

Unfortunately there isn't anything I can do on my end to help with this situation. While we do create and provide the cPanel software, we don't have any control over your hosting provider operates and don't have access to any of their information.
Your best option would be to contact the registrar, sav.com, as that would allow you to point the domain to a different host, but I don't have any details about the website or hosted content itself.

Hope you get access soon, Collins. Sounds like a hosting suspension issue, only the main hosting provider can unlock that. Try reaching them directly instead of the reseller.
