Message doesn't arrive in mailbox. But server logs say the message was received

While we do create the cPanel software, we don't have any access to your particular email account or hosting package, so I wouldn't be able to do much on my end. You would need to speak with your hosting provider to have them check things on their end, as they control the server that manages your account.
