  The issue is a broken url in the install script.

  http://httpupdate.cpanel.net/RPM/11.108/centos/10/  does not exist. 

  Need to use http://httpupdate.cpanel.net/RPM/11.108/centos/9/x86_64/rpm.sha512.asc  instead.

  I successfully installed the CPanel latest script on Alma Linux 9. 

  It does not work on Alma Linux 10 because it tries to download  http://httpupdate.cpanel.net/RPM/11.108/centos/10/x86_64/rpm.sha512.asc

  which does not exist.

  So install CPanel on Alma Linux 8 or 9 instead.

  i see the same issue with AlmaLinux 10 which could not download the file to proceed with the installation

  AlmaLinux 10 is not supported by cPanel:

  AlmaLinux 10 support is only included if you're using version 132, which just went to the Edge tier yesterday.  If you wanted to setup a normal system you would still need to choose AlmaLinux 9 until version 132 makes its way through the tiers.
