Assistance Required: BoxTrapper Auto-Reply Error "Message Has Lines Too Long for Transport"
Hi team,
I am experiencing an issue with BoxTrapper on my domain. After configuring BoxTrapper and setting up auto-reply messages through the Edit Configuration Messages feature, I tested it by sending an email from an unknown address. The email correctly appeared in the BoxTrapper queue, but the verification auto-reply was not sent.
In Track Delivery (cPanel), the following error appeared:
"Message has lines too long for transport."
I also tested this with the default cPanel auto-reply feature, but the same error occurred. My server’s DKIM, SPF, and DMARC records are all valid. I tried testing on other domains hosted on the same server, and the issue persisted. Furthermore, I tested on a different server, and I still encountered the same error.
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

Hey there! The first thing I would try for this problem would be to bump that limit as described at https://support.cpanel.net/hc/en-us/articles/4946064543511-Exim-fails-to-send-email-message-has-lines-too-long-for-transport
Can you try that and see if that takes care of things?
