Hi there,
I just created a Support Ticket [Technical], and when I submitted it I was taken to another URL which displays the above Error Message.
Now, I cann't even view the ticket or edit it, I tried it twice for technical Support and each time I faced the same issue.
Can anybody tell me how can I get out of this mess?
Thanks!

I think I had that kind of problem a while ago, it worked when I used another browser.
Or you can try to clear browser's cache and remove cookies.

Let us know if trying another browser worked well!

I have so far tried at least two different browser including Incognito as well.

Please do have a look here, I think this profile email is issue - even though I am using tanmalik86@.. as my login credentials to access this account my profile email is still referring to that old email.

The major problem I am facing due to this is that for the tickets requiring to give cPanel access to you Guy's - I just can't do that. I can't even view my those tickets and they appear with a `reddish` background.

Can you contact cs@cpanel.net so our Customer Service team can look into this? They would be able to take care of any issues related to your account.

How do I have to do, just write them outside this support panel about the issue or ?

Correct, just a normal email to them will work! I'm not going to be able to fix account issues through the Forums here.
