Fatal Error or Timeout Occurred While Accessing Webmail (cPanel/WHM Version 130.0.15)

I am experiencing the following error when trying to access my webmail via cPanel:
"A fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive."
(Original Spanish: "Se produjo un error fatal o tiempo de espera mientras se procesaba esta directiva.")
This error appears immediately when I attempt to log into my account, and my credentials are correct.
For reference, I am currently using cPanel/WHM version 130.0.15.
Could you please advise on possible causes and solutions?
Are there logs or diagnostics I should provide to help identify the issue?

To begin troubleshooting, I recommend checking the cPanel error log located at:
/usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log
Specifically, I recommend checking to see if any errors occurred in this log around the time you last attempted to login to the webmail account.
