Why are my emails not being sent?
My emails have been working just fine but all of a sudden, they're not being received by the intended recipients. I even tried sending an email to my personal email. It is frustrating and to cap it all, I've had to go through the seven seas and solve riddles and puzzles just to get a hold of support. You guys need to work on this please. It should not be this hard to get help with your product. Please, I need someone to help me fix this as it is not good for business at all

Hey there! You can always submit a support ticket directly through the WHM interface through "Create a Support Ticket." If your license is purchased somewhere else, they would be your primary support contact.
The first thing to check for email not sending properly is the Exim log at /var/log/exim_mainlog. Do you see any information there about why the message isn't sending?

Hello! So if I have the email through a host, I have to reach out to them?
Do I copy the exim log code you posted and search it? Please advise

Yes, if your email is through a host you would need to reach out to them as checking that log requires root access to the server, which it doesn't sound like you have.
