Can't Login to Cpanel using user add from user manager

    Hey there!  Do you have full root access to the server?  If so, can you check the cPanel log at /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log to see if there is more information there?  If you only have access to your cPanel account you'll need to contact your provider to have them perform some additional troubleshooting.

    Here is my error_log after trying login theres 500 error but no clue what to do to fix it

    Is this possibly a CentOS 7 machine? I see from the log you're still using version 110, and much of the Manage Team functionality doesn't work on the older versions.

    yes I still using CentOS7 machine
    the problem is the Cpanel version can't upgrade to newer version. need to migrate the OS to Alma

    Thanks for confirming that.  I don't believe we'll be able to fix this error on your current system, but you should upgrade to a more modern operating system as soon as you are able.
