Ssl and no CA Bundle

I purchased a SSL certificate through Cpanel and it installed the CRT and Private key it could not install the CA bundle I am using a old cpanel and auto ssl does not work so I have to upload it manually I have asked cpanel numerous times can they send me the ca bundle and they have not replied after 16 hours is there anything I can do Thanks

  Hey there!  You mentioned you had a ticket open - could you provide me with that ticket number so I can check things there?
