How to Send Quota Warning Emails Directly to Clients Without Accessing Each Account?
We’re a company that manages multiple cPanel accounts. Currently, all system notifications (including quota warnings) are sent to our central admin email.
What we want is for each client to receive their own quota-related warnings when their account is close to reaching the limit.
We tried adding a secondary contact email under Contact Information, but cPanel requires entering the client’s password to modify those settings, and we manage too many accounts to do this manually for each one.
Has anyone faced this issue before or found a practical way to automate or bypass this requirement so clients can receive their quota alerts directly?
Thanks in advance!

Hey there! The option in WHM >> Tweak Settings >> "Disk quota usage warnings" would be the one that sends the message to the user's contact email directly instead of the main system admin. Do you have that enabled on your machine? You can find more details on that here: https://docs.cpanel.net/whm/server-configuration/tweak-settings/notifications/
