POP3 auth failed on random accounts
I have a significan number of customers reporting authentication problems with pop3, starting today.
One of the customers has 2 domains in the same server and can access pop3 in one of the domains and "auth failed" on the other, password files haven't been modified on those accounts, running cPanel 132.0.9 on affected server.
Any known problem with this update?

Update: One customer reports it failed on accounts not using SSL, once he activates SSL on the account it works again

Yes there are some known issues with Dovecot that we're working on that were mentioned in other threads. If I hear more updates I'll be sure to post!

Advice
WHM -> Mailserver configuration -> Allow Plaintext Authentication (from remote clients) -> YES

This setting is working for now on version 132.0.9:
WHM → Mailserver Configuration → Allow Plaintext Authentication (from remote clients) → YES
I also checked older WHM versions, and this option is set to YES on those as well.
