boxtrapper not working
i try to configure boxtrapper for a single email and added whitelist and blacklist for from and to option but still i am able to receive and send email
here is the whitelist list
to .+\@rbl\.bank\.in
from .+\@rbl\.bank\.in
and here is blacklist i want only whitelist domain able to send me receive mails from the user
from .+\@gmail\.com
from .+\@axis\.bank\.in
from .+\@sbi\.bank\.in
to .+\@gmail\.com
to .+\@axis\.bank\.in
to .+\@sbi\.bank\.in
can anyone help me

Hey there! Your formatting certainly looks correct - do you have root access to the server? If so, you would be able to check the mail logs at /var/log/exim_mainlog and see if they messages are being processed properly. That's the first place I would check for this issue.

Just to confirm, you were *not* expecting that mail to be delivered, correct?
If the sender's email address is on the blacklist I'm not sure why that would be happening. It might be best to create a ticket so this can be investigated directly on the machine.
