Lost cPanel access
My website got hacked, and the cPanel and WordPress Admin got compromised. I have access to the GoDaddy domain and already pointed the DNS to my new provider ScalaHosting which uses sPanel, but I don't know how to complete migration. I already did change the DNS records...
My hosting provider still has WHM access to the shared hosting, can they help?

Hey there! I'm sorry to hear about those issues. Yes, I would expect anyone with WHM access to the server to be able to help with this situation, or at least try and help you get more details on why it happened.

Mihaela Nastaca - if you don't have root access to the server you would need to contact your hosting provider to have them restore access to your account.
