No Files or Folders showing

A few of my hosting clients have said they can't see any files or folders in the file manager; I've checked this and this is true.

All clients that have said this have affirmed that they can still access everything as normal via ftp.

Nothing on the server has changed. Running version 132.0.19.

When hovering above many link in file manager, all we see in the bottom left is 'Run script "void()".

Anybody else had this recent issue?

    It sounds like this issue is related to a recent bug or JavaScript problem in the File Manager interface rather than actual missing files. Since your clients can still access files via FTP, the server and file permissions are fine.

    Likely Causes

    1. File Manager JavaScript glitch – The “Run script 'void()'” message indicates the links aren’t executing properly, possibly due to a browser or File Manager update.

    2. Browser caching or extensions – Sometimes cached scripts or extensions block File Manager scripts from running.

    3. Recent update to File Manager (v132.0.19) – Could have introduced a regression affecting file listing in some browsers.

    Steps to Fix / Troubleshoot

    1. Clear browser cache – Have clients clear cache and reload the File Manager.

    2. Try a different browser – Chrome, Firefox, or Edge may behave differently.

    3. Disable browser extensions – Ad blockers or script blockers can prevent File Manager scripts from running.

    4. Check File Manager logs – Look for JS errors or failed scripts in the server error logs.

    5. Use FTP or alternative file access temporarily – Since FTP works, clients can continue working while the issue is being resolved.

    6. Contact hosting/File Manager support – If this is a known bug in version 132.0.19, they may already have a patch or workaround.

    I have sorted it.

    I have a custom theme that was being used and an update must’ve broken it. Turning off the custom theme and going back to using Jupiter only fixed everything. I’d still like to use a custom theme though.

    Comment pouvais-je faire pour réparer cette problème, car je suis bloqué sur le cpanel lws et je mis le dossier zip sur gestionnaire des fichiers et j'ai déjà le nom de domaine mais le site web est inaccessible

    Clinique Web - Nous aurions besoin de beaucoup plus d'informations pour pouvoir vous aider à résoudre ce problème. Il serait préférable d'ouvrir un nouveau fil de discussion concernant les erreurs spécifiques à votre site ; en effet, il serait utile de savoir quel message d'erreur s'affiche dans votre navigateur lorsque vous tentez d'accéder au site.

    We would need a lot more information to be able to help with this problem.  It would be best to start a new thread with errors specific to your site, as it would be good to know what error you see in the browser when you try and access the site.

    Quand je prend le nom de la domaine : REDACTED.ga et j'ai écrit sur le navigateur web 

    message : "

    Ce site est inaccessible

    Vérifiez si l'adresse REDACTED.ga est correcte.

    Je ne constate aucune configuration DNS pour votre domaine. Nous vous invitons à contacter votre hébergeur ou votre centre de données afin qu'ils vérifient ce point, car nous n'avons aucun contrôle sur votre compte ni sur votre hébergement.

    I don't see that there is any DNS configured for your domain.  You will want to speak with your hosting provider or data center to have them check that as we do not control your account or hosting.

    Malheureusement, je ne sais pas. Cela dépendrait de l'endroit et de la manière dont vous êtes hébergé, ainsi que de l'endroit où le nom de domaine a été acheté.

    Unfortunately I do not know.  This would depend on where and how you are hosted as well as where the domain was purchased.
