I need to remove my email address from everywhere on the server.
Hello
One of my clients hired me to configure a backup for their server.
To receive error notifications via email, I added my email address alongside his in the Home / Server Configuration / Basic WebHost Manager® Setup Contact Information section.
Enter one or more email addresses to contact in case a problem arises with this server.
Like this:
Client@email.com, Myemail@email.com
After finishing the server setup, I removed my email address and kept his, but I'm still receiving thousands of messages and notifications from the server.
I tried removing his email address and adding mine separately, then removing mine and leaving it blank, and then restoring the client's email address, but I'm still receiving messages.
I can't find my email address anywhere on the server.
I managed to temporarily block the messages some time ago.
Now, after about 20 days, the messages have returned, but this time I think it's due to a license issue. It seems the server license has expired; I can't access WHM. How can I find my email address on the server using SSH, since I can still access it?
I need to find my email address and remove it from everywhere on the server.
Please help.
