    Hey there!  As the cPanel end user you wouldn't have the option to create or change the NS record as that record type is reserved for the server administrator.  This was an intentional choice because adjusting this as the end user could cause the domain to go offline.

    If you have WHM level access to the machine you do this through the WHM >> DNS Zone Manager interface.  If you only have cPanel access you'll have to speak with your provider to have them add that record for you.
