I am trying to block mail from a domain in cPanel.  In Spam Filters > Blacklist.  I have:

blacklist_from: *@domain.com 
This will work per the rules here: https://docs.cpanel.net/cpanel/email/spam-filters/

But will this work?
blacklist_from: *@*.domain.com ?  The rules don't say.

  Hi,

   

  The 2nd rule should catch mail sent from any subdomain of domain.com, such as spammer@sub.domain.com. However, it wouldn't catch mail from the main domain such as something sent from spammer@domain.com. You can add both rules if you want to block mail both from the main domain and any of its subdomains.
