Problem receiving emails from cpanel.zendesk.com

Hey hey!  As the other user mentioned in the main thread, this looks like it's a configuration issue on the recipient side.  cPanel doesn't send the X-OX-Status header in the message (I confirmed on this particular page using this thread - I received an email immediately since you tagged me in it) so that was likely applied through Open Xchange or another mail system.

Since the other validation tools like SPF and DKIM did pass, I don't believe there is anything else I can do on my end to keep this from happening.

    Hi,

    I created a rule to whitelist  @cpanel.zendesk.com

Let's see if it moves the next notifications to the inbox  :)

    Hopefully that's all it takes!

Where did you whitelist the sender?

I created a rule, a filter, whitelisting cPanel Support <noreply@cpanel.zendesk.com>

I'm trying to contact libero.it support to report the problem with cpanel.zendesk.com

A whitelist in cPanel would actually be happening after the spam scoring has taken place, so that wouldn't be effective.  Hopefully they can do something on the admin side to resolve this.

    Hi cPRex

I just sent libero.it support the email notification of this discussion in .eml format so they can analyze it as requested.

    Hello cPRex

I contacted libero.it technical support and this was their response:

    Good morning,

The attached message has been classified as possible spam due to the presence of the URL (cpanelseo.com) it contains, which has been flagged as spam.

    Best regards

    ------------------------------------------------------------------------------

    I checked it's cpanelseo.com, it does a 301 redirect to https://www.cpanel.net/

At this point you can directly put the final cpanel.net link in the email notifications you send
