Email user filters not shoing in cpanel
in cpanel -> email filters, no filter is showing for the user, however in the below file it shows this for the user:
for email info@domain.tld
/home/username/etc/domain.tld/info/filer
file contents:
# Exim filter - auto-generated by cPanel. # # Do not manually edit this file; instead, use cPanel APIs to manipulate # email filters. MANUAL CHANGES TO THIS FILE WILL BE OVERWRITTEN. # headers charset "UTF-8" if not first_delivery and error_message then finish endif #Generated Apache SpamAssassin™ Discard Rule (version 2) if $h_X-Spam-Bar: contains "+++" then save "/dev/null" 660 endif
-
*/home/username/etc/domain.tld/info/filter
By the way, spam threshold is set to 5 not 3 as in the file above, and only "process new emails and mark them as spam" is turned on, both of the following are turned off:
"move new spam to seperate folder" turned off
"automatically delete new spam" turned off0 -
apologies for the typos

Hey there! I'm not aware of any widespread issues that would keep the email filter from showing up. When you load the cPanel >> Email Filter page, do you see anything in the main cPanel error log at /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log?
If there's nothing there, the next thing I would check would be permissions on the user files in /home/username/etc while comparing them to a working domain.
If that still doesn't lead you to anything it might be best to create a ticket so this can be investigated directly on the server.
