short survey, wont go away
I'm all up for doing short surveys to help the dev's with community feedback. But I've completed it TWICE now and it just wont disappear! Please can you make this alert go away! Thank you.

Hey there! There have been a couple threads on this recently, but this survey wasn't designed to be removed even after it was completed. We plan to add that function in the next survey.

Thanks for the explanation cPRex . But just FYI, that's definitely not how surveys and notification badges are supposed to work!! Grrr. Please don't do this again. Thanks.

As every time we admins login now to our WHM portals we are greeted by a Red Alert up the top right, this is really annoying and showing a false alert all the time.
Can you provide a workaround for now please to disable this Alert? maybe via the UI or via whmapi1 ?

ChatGPT is advising as workaround, That popup is coming from the cPanel Market / Feedback notification system, and on WHM 134 there is no reliable UI toggle to permanently remove it. The clean way is to disable those notifications via the WHM API.
But can a cPanel representative advise this is safe as a workaround please?

I certainly DO NOT appreciated cPanel putting SURVEYS on MY Hardware and the WHM that I pay for that ANNOYS not only me but many of MY CUSTOMERS.. I have only one thing to say to cpanel!

@cPRex please find a way to disable survey. You are just making our customers angry. Probably that wasn't your target in the first place with this mandatory survey!

To forcefully apply this survey on our customers is absolutely bonkers. Us hosters (your clients) via WHM = fine. But in the cpanel end user panel for our customers???

At this time there isn't a way to remove the survey from the interface although you can skip it if you'd rather fill it out at a later time. I'm collecting all of the feedback we're receiving about the current survey and will make sure the product team sees it.

What on earth are you thinking? An un-dismissable survey in WHM? You will get no useful feedback from me, only extreme irritation. You've just guaranteed that not a single new server of mine will ever run WebPros products again.
