Restore Godaddy Mailbox to cPanel
Is it possible to restore mailboxes from GoDaddy to a cPanel account? A client is asking me if they can send me any of the formats shown in the attached image

so I can restore them to a cPanel account on my server.

Hey there! The answer is yes - if they can get their email in one of those formats you can use the "Import" option from the dropdown inside Roundcube to import the emails. There are also tools like https://imapsync.lamiral.info/ that can help move email over an IMAP connection without you needing to download anything locally, so that may be an option for them as well.

What I'm seeing is that Roundcube has a maximum file size of 50MB for the files it can import.

Regarding the use of imapsync, it seems they already changed the DNS; so there is no way to know the IP of the IMAP server they were originally using at GoDaddy.

You can bump the Roundcube limit with the details here - just adjust as needed for your PHP version: https://support.cpanel.net/hc/en-us/community/posts/21073491564055-Roundcube-Import-Limit
