login not valid

I try to access cPanel:
it tries to authenticate (it says authenticating)
and then a message
"the login is not valid"

I try to test by resetting the password but it does not send the code to the reference email.

  Hey there!  If you only have cPanel access to the system you would need to speak with the hosting provider or datacenter to have them check why your account isn't accessible and why you can't login properly.

  While we do provide the cPanel software, we don't have access to your server or your specific account as that is controlled by your host.
