MySQL 8.4 install fails on Almalinux 10 new install

cPanel install fails on a new server when i choose mysql 8.4 with cpanel.config key

checking cpanel-install.log i see multiple errors regarding mysql GPG key

The final error i get on console is

I get an unusable system, i can't run latest again as it says the system has already a control panel, running upcp --force doesn't fix it, if i enter whm i can install it, only thing i can do is reinstall OS on server

    I tested that in a test server, AlmaLinux 10, MySQL 8.4, and it failed.

    Hey there!  This is a known issue we're tracking as part of case CPANEL-52152.  I've linked this thread to that case so I'll be sure to post an update once I have one!
