Mailscanner runs the spam rules on one incoming email but does not on the next one
I have received hundreds of the same spam email. Sometimes Mailscanner does run the rules and "catches" the spam email, as it receives 42+ points. A few minutes lates I receive the same email, but Mailscanner does not run the rules, the email receives 0.00 points and gets away (is delivered to the mailbox). It looks like a "trusted" email that should not be checked.
I cannot understand the behavior and how to fix it.

Hey there! Hopefully other users will add their experience with Mailscanner, as that isn't something we support on the cPanel side.
